Refund policy

-Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

-Customers are solely responsible for handling, providing and shipping the returning product, please email contact@weiyinchen.com and a return mailing address will be provided.

-Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

-Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

-Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
